What do C1 and C2 mean?
C1 means danger is present and immediate action is required. C2 means a potentially dangerous condition requires urgent remedial action.
Can you quote from photographs and the report?
Sometimes. Straightforward items may be priced remotely, while uncertain or extensive defects may require a survey.
Will I receive a new EICR?
Remedial work usually results in appropriate electrical certification and confirmation of rectification. A new full EICR is not always necessary unless specifically required.
Can you complete work reported by another contractor?
Yes. We can review and remedy observations from an EICR produced by another competent inspector.
